Sakura Indo Tech ("we") handles personal information in line with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).Sakura Indo Tech（以下「当社」）は、日本の個人情報の保護に関する法律およびインドのデジタル個人データ保護法（2023年）に従い、個人情報を取り扱います。

1. What we collect1. 取得する情報

From clients: name, company, email address and the details of your inquiry. From candidates: CV, contact details, work history, skills and language level.お客様からは、お名前・会社名・メールアドレス・お問い合わせ内容を、候補者の方からは、履歴書・連絡先・職歴・スキル・語学レベルを取得します。

• To introduce candidates to employers, with the candidate's consent候補者の同意に基づく、企業への候補者のご紹介

3. Sharing3. 第三者提供

We do not sell personal information. We share a candidate's information with a prospective employer, a licensed placement partner, or an administrative scrivener only with the candidate's consent, or where the law requires it.当社は個人情報を販売しません。候補者の情報は、ご本人の同意がある場合または法令に基づく場合に限り、採用予定企業・提携する職業紹介事業者・行政書士に提供します。

4. Cross-border transfer4. 外国にある第三者への提供

Because we work between India and Japan, personal information may be transferred between the two countries. We apply the safeguards required by both laws.当社は日本とインドの間で業務を行うため、個人情報が両国間で移転される場合があります。両国の法令が求める安全管理措置を講じます。

5. Security and retention5. 安全管理・保存期間

We restrict access to people who need it and keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above.個人情報へのアクセスは必要な者に限定し、上記の目的に必要な期間のみ保存します。
