Our story創業の経緯

We are two brothers who have built AI systems inside Japanese companies, Swapnil since 2018 and Sandesh since 2022. Swapnil worked as a data scientist and AI engineer, and Sandesh as an AI and software engineer.私たちは、日本企業の中でAIシステムを開発してきた兄弟です（スワプニルは2018年から、サンデシュは2022年から）。スワプニルはデータサイエンティスト・AIエンジニアとして、サンデシュはAI・ソフトウェアエンジニアとして、日本企業で働いてきました。

We know how Japanese teams plan, document and review work because we were part of those teams. We also know how strong Indian engineers are, and how often the two sides struggle to work together.日本のチームがどのように計画し、文書化し、レビューするかを、チームの一員として経験してきました。同時に、インドのエンジニアの実力と、両者の協業がいかに難しいかも知っています。

We started Sakura Indo Tech together to give Japanese companies direct access to strong Indian engineers, with founders who understand both sides.両国を理解する創業者のもとで、日本企業が優秀なインド人エンジニアと直接つながれるように、Sakura Indo Tech を共同で設立しました。

What we will and will not do当社が行うこと・行わないこと

We focus on two things: software development with Indian engineering teams, and recruitment of Indian engineers. We do not offer call centres, payroll or market-entry advisory; larger firms do those well.当社は、インドのエンジニアチームによるソフトウェア開発と、インド人エンジニアの採用支援の2つに集中しています。コールセンター、給与計算、進出支援コンサルティングは提供していません。
